agreeable. These are great things because the better the sleep habits
for the baby, the happier the baby will be and the happier the family
will be.

pattern there are a few tips you can follow to end up with that same
good sleep happy baby equation. There are things you can do to promote
healthier sleep habits. When your little one wakes in the night,
don't go rushing right in to them. Let the baby work it out a bit
first. You might be pleasantly surprised to find that they have put
themselves back to sleep without your help. If this is not the case,
take it one step at a time. When your little one cries wait a few
minutes before going into the room. Extend those times gradually and
you will find that eventually the little one will sleep for longer
periods.
Some other great tips for keeping the small fry sleeping at night
are a high protein diet at dinner time. Make sure you are feeding the
little one a diet high in protein at the end of the day. Also, try to
move away from giving liquids too close to bed time. This will keep
your little tyke from waking up in the middle of the night multiple
times.
Developing a routine is the key to helping your toddler get on the
right sleep schedule track. A bath and then a book are a great way to
calm down before bed. Your child will know what to expect each night
and eventually his little mind will automatically calm down and
prepare for sleep when they follow through with this routine.
